GourMade Cookery would like to thank you for considering us for your "what's for dinner?" solution. As a customer of GourMade Cookery, you understand and agree to the following conditions:

Session Requirements

  • I will attend the GourMade By You session time I've reserved and I agree to follow the basic session conduct as outlined during the session orientation.
  • I agree to pick up my GourMade To Go order at the time I have reserved.
  • I will notify GourMade Cookery by email or telephone to get permission to bring a guest to the session.
  • I will have FUN at my GourMade session and not hesitate to ask the GourMade Cookery staff any questions I might have while assembling my meals.

Safe Handling of Entrée Items

  • I agree to either promptly refrigerate or freeze my GourMade entrées after the session.
  • I will keep my GourMade entrées stored below 40 degrees F in the refrigerator and 0 degrees or lower in the freezer.
  • I will cook all entrées to the proper internal temperature as follows:
    • Poultry: 165 degrees F
    • Casseroles: 165 degrees F
    • Stuffing, stuffed meats or fish: 165 degrees F
    • Ground meats: 155 degrees F
    • Pork, Veal, Beef or Lamb: 145 degrees F
    • Seafood: 145 degrees F
  • I will cook my entrées according to the specific instructions on each item label.
  • I assume all responsibility for the proper transportation and storage of my GourMade entrées.
  • I agree to release GourMade Cookery from any claims, damages, and causes of action or liabilities which might arise as a result of my preparation, transportation, storage and consumption of GourMade Cookery entrées, unless solely due to the gross negligence of GourMade Cookery actions.

Credit Card and Cancellation Policies

  • After member registration, a new member confirmation email will be sent to the member email address.
  • A submitted session sign-up will result in a confirmation email to the member email address indicating that we have completed billing your credit card for the session and that your session space is reserved for you.
  • We understand that circumstances arise, that may cause you to cancel, or reschedule your session. If you cancel at least 4 days prior to your reservation we are happy to offer a full refund, or apply your payment toward a future session. If you must cancel with less than 4 days notice, we will credit your account less a 50% cancellation fee. If cancellation is unavoidable, we recommend you ask us to assemble your meals, and we'll apply the cancellation charge toward a GourMade 2 Go service. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
